This is not the first time that the Industry people have come up for his support. He has been supported by several artists and popular media like Kantipur Fm and Television. According to some sources, he needs total of Rs 1, 120,000 for his treatment. A huge amount, but your little support can make a great difference to this singer’s life.

Namrata Shrestha vividly remembers meeting Kancha during an interview at Kantipur FM, and took an instant liking of the man who was full of life and vitality. “It’s not just money that counts, the care shown by his fans, friends by the act of giving is sure to be a great moral booster. To be loved and to be wanted is the biggest motivator to live, ask me, I’m a prime example,” said Shrestha. “Let’s hope Kancha is not another tragic case of late Gopal Bhutani who died with a dream, unfulfilled,” she adds.

Kancha’s album “Saino” will also be launched during the fund-raising concert and Shrestha revealed that she will also be acting in the music video for the song, “Naina resham”, free of cost. The video is to be directed by Bushan Dahal.
